The Land Garcia Foundation invests in youth by providing leadership training, coaching, and support to help them succeed in college, their careers and beyond. In partnership with established youth programs and academies in California, we support each young person's vision for their future, help them discover their authentic voice and style, and show them how to effectively use these skills to advance in life... We provide our partner's staff and mentors access to top leadership and coaching models so they can better serve the youth in their program while strengthening their leadership and communications skills.
