Ms. Amani Sabri

Ms. Amani was born and raised in Kuwait, then she moved to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. She has a bachelor in Education and an experience in the education field in the UAE where she has been working in Liwa International School for Girls since 2016 until present. She held the position of coordinating the Arabic department's tasks, and she is now the head of Arabic subjects in the elementary school. She is distinguished by her cooperation and ability to deal with different tasks and her belief in teamwork, she is passionate and creative in providing a safe and exciting learning environment for her girls.

Ms. Anitha Sadiq

Ms. Anitha is a high school Biology teacher with 10 years of experience in the UAE and 9 years in India. She is certified to teach cycle 3 Biology. Ms. Anitha holds the following degrees, a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Zoology, and Chemistry, as well as a 2 years bachelor's degree in Teaching Science and English, and a Master's of Science in Zoology. Ms. Anitha's main focus is to motivate students to learn through their passion. She believes in creating a platform where students explore and achieve their potential and contribute to building a better nation and a sustainable world.

Ms. Christina Morris

Ms. Christina is a high school English teacher with eight years of experience between the United States and UAE. She is certified to teach both AP Language and Composition and AP Literature and Composition as well as general English. Ms. Christina holds three degrees from America: a Bachelor of Science in Education, Master of Arts in English, and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership. Ms. Christina seeks to cultivate an environment where students are driven to learn by their passion. Her goal is to help mold a generation of strong, independent, critical thinkers who are ready to take on the future.

Ms. Hana AlSaadi

Ms. Hana AlSaadi is a dedicated Emirati educator with 19 years of experience in teaching and leadership and holds a Bachelor's degree in geography from the United Arab Emirates University. Ms. Hana started her tenure within Liwa Education at Liwa International School Falaj Hazza (LISF) as a teacher before being promoted to department head and in 2012 as Vice Principal for LISF. In 2021 Ms. Hana has been appointed as Vice Principal at LISG. Mrs. Hanaa is committed to the UAE national agenda and LISG's vision, mission, and values while adhering to the UAE's national identity and moral education. Ms. Hana looks forward to creating an educational and innovative environment in the field of education.

Ms. Haneen Abdulqader

Haneen Abdulqader is a highly experienced administrator with over 11 years of experience in the UAE. She joined LISG in 2018 and has worked in several administrative departments before being promoted to Head of Administration in 2022. Ms. Haneen holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Education, and she is dedicated to providing exceptional administrative and staff management expertise to ensure optimal productivity and success at LISG. Additionally, she is committed to implementing the best practices in education and administration to ensure that LISG remains at the forefront of educational excellence

Ms. Louise Brashier

Ms. Louise is an Assistant vice Principal with ten years of leadership experience in the U.A.E. Prior to this, Louise lived and taught in countries including the UK, New Zealand, and Malaysia. Louise sees the potential of all students and is passionate about engaging them, sparking their curiosity, and developing them as independent, creative learners.

Ms. Maurissa Lee Van

Ms. Lee is a passionate and experienced Math teacher with 10 years of teaching experience in Middle and High School Math. She holds a degree in Mathematics Education from Cape Peninsula University of Technology and has a proven track record of helping students achieve academic success. Ms. Lee is known for her engaging teaching style, ability to simplify complex concepts, and dedication to providing individualized support to each student. She is committed to helping students not only understand math but also develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. These skills will serve them well beyond the classroom. In her free time, Ms. Lee enjoys spending time with friends and family as well as playing chess competitively.

Ms. Megha Kapoor

Ms. Megha Kapoor has served in many prestigious International Schools in the UK and the UAE for the past 13 years in several capacities. As a Deputy Head, she supported two schools during the initial phase of their journey with personalized learning. As a Head of Faculty, she facilitated professional learning experiences at a cluster level through her involvement as a leader on assignments for Project-based learning (PBL), coaching and developing middle leaders across the school, a project manager for school transformation, and United Nations Climate Change Lead. As Head of Science, she has led many student-led projects, and international trips and has been awarded with outstanding teacher's award during school reviews in her career. She holds a National Professional Qualification for Senior Leader (NPQSL) in addition to her Master's degree in Education and PGCE from Nottingham Trent University, UK. She has also completed her Master's degree in Chemistry along with her Bachelors in Biochemistry. She has been certified by Penta International to serve as a school inspector focusing on improving teaching and learning, enhancing parental engagement, assessment, and students' learning skills. Given her experience of the British, IB, and American education systems, Ms. Megha has often been called upon to support and mentor students and teachers. She has demonstrated to be an effective leader and has built the capacity for using effective instructional strategies among many of her colleagues. She believes in further enhancing her practices by attending workshops, seminars, and conference which focus on school improvement. Ms. Megha is passionate about guiding young people to further develop their skills by cultivating pupil-centered cultures and enhancing pedagogical approaches to improve student outcomes. In her multifaceted role as a school leader, she headed inspection and accreditation committees, led various pilot programs and initiatives by ADEK. She has designed a professional development program to further build capacity and empower the middle leadership team.

Ms. Naaz Ahmed

Ms. Naaz Ahmed has been an educator for over 15 years with experience in teaching and administration in schools in Canada. She holds a Masters of Education in Assessment and Evaluation from Queens University. Prior to joining Liwa International School, Naaz worked in Canada as a primary-junior teacher, program coordinator and vice principal. Her focus is on promoting literacy and language from the early years through understanding the science of reading using a structured literacy approach. She has extensive experience with teaching reading and is trained to work with students with reading disabilities. Naaz strives to foster a culture of inclusion while providing support to students of all needs. She promotes student success through exploration, inquiry, innovation and critical thinking.

Ms. Rachael Giles

Ms. Rachael Giles has been heading LISG since 2021. She is passionate about education, having worked in schools in the UK, Europe, and UAE for over 18 years. Ms. Rachael is a visionary school leader possessing enthusiasm, resilience, and the commitment to lead a school with a purposeful learning culture to focus on developing, educating, and nurturing global female leaders of the future. Ms. Rachael started her teaching career as a language teacher and moved to become a Senior Leader in one of the renowned education groups in UAE in 2013. She is a qualified Head, holding a Master's in Education, and currently pursuing her studies for an Executive MBA in Strategic Leadership with the Valar Institute in the U.S. Ms. Rachael believes that it is the responsibility of educators to ensure students are ready and equipped for the future. She is looking forward to an exciting new year ahead and the opportunity to work closely in partnership with parents and students.

Ms. Ruth Mwenda

Ms. Ruth is a professional educator with nine years' experience in South Africa and the UAE. She worked as a Homeroom Teacher, Social Studies, History, Mathematics, and English Teacher for Grades 5-7, and Head of Grade. Ms. Ruth holds a Bachelor of Education (Senior Phase) in Mathematics and Biology and a Postgraduate Qualification in Education Law Management and Systems. Ms. Ruth believes that daily examples of female leaders surround girls at LISG. Ms. Ruth aims to cultivate an environment where the children's competencies and weaknesses are strengthened, and the staff is empowered to produce leaders who will change our future.
