Alan is a high energy, hardworking, down to earth person who combines a relaxed and friendly manner with a determination to achieving excellence in all he does and a whole hearted commitment to do the very best for any client. Most of Alan's working life has been in the building industry, painting his first house at 17. His commitment to always provide the very best service, a strong sense of professionalism and a determination to go beyond the clients expectation helped Alan to build a successful painting and renovation business. Now, with that 35 years' experience behind him Alan brings his extensive knowledge of the housing market to his new profession. From the advantages that various housing styles provide, to the many changes and refinements that will increase a property's value when preparing a house for sale, Alan will always ensure you get the best price possible for your home. "I have loved fixing up and beautifying houses, I loved seeing the delight in a clients eye at what we achieved when renovating and painting, and always got enormous satisfaction from helping them achieve their vision and adding value to their homes. " Alan and his partner Leeann Bell moved to Kaitaia in 1996 to take up a teaching position at Kaitaia Primary School and as a midwife at Kaitaia Hospital respectively. They immediately fell in love with the community, the beaches and life style. Life took them to Wellington in 2000 but the delight of living in the Far North was always in their heart and minds and they returned with their three youngest children in 2010 and have not looked back.

Sunia moved with her husband Jens, a licensed architectural designer, and daughter Larissa to Ahipara after visiting New Zealand for six years on holidays. They found themselves drawn back to the place the family has fallen in love with and now call home, the Far North. Being involved for over 29 years in International Real Estate, Sales and Marketing, including "Turn-Key" off-plan projects, Sunia has a time-tested reputation as an effective salesperson, manager and business owner. She has gained extensive knowledge and experience in Residential, Lifestyle, Rural and Commercial Sales. Her strengths are an exceptional understanding of vendors and buyers needs, building strong relationships, strategic planning and action, marketing, solving problems, negotiation and follow up. She speaks English, German and Spanish. Sunia is a fully qualified and licensed real estate consultant with a National Certificate in Real Estate. After working for three years in the New Zealand housing industry as a Business Development Manager and drastically improving the company profile and sales volume, Sunia began her successful real estate career in the Far North, achieving excellent results to the satisfaction of both vendors and buyers.
