April is a Georgia native, grew up in Snellville and graduated with a BS in Business Management from Georgia College and State University in 2003. After graduating, she began her working career in the mortgage industry. April took a break to grow her family but has since come full circle back to mortgages.
April, with her husband Chase and their two children, reside in Cumming, Georgia. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys working out, going to the lake and/or beach and traveling when possible.
David James is originally from Jacksonville, Florida and has lived in Atlanta for more than 30 years. He graduated from Mercer University in 1980 and graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1985.
He practiced law in Atlanta for 6 years and then switched careers to residential mortgage originations. With more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry and his extensive knowledge, he has a solid understanding of the real estate market and knows how to find the best financing solutions to fit your specific needs.
He believes that the keys to success are attention to detail, proactive communication and providing "World Class Service" to each and every one of his clients. Over his successful career, he has helped over 3,000 individuals and families realize their dream of home ownership.

He is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia, the State Bar of Georgia, the Church of the Apostles, the Goethe-Zentrum Atlanta, the Rotary Club of North Fulton, and the Atlanta Alumni Association of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity.
David has been married to his wife Julee for 35 years and they have two sons.
Eric Scott, a graduate of Columbus State University, prides himself on customer service and proactive communication.
Although he is a native of New Jersey, over the past several years Eric has come to consider Georgia a second home. Eric has a strong passion to help others reach financial freedom, and he believes that one of the first steps to that freedom is homeownership.

Frank Trest has lived in Athens GA for more than 40 years. He graduated from Clarke Central High School and attended the University of Georgia majoring in Psychology.
