MONARCH BLUE - Key Persons
Betsy has spent the last fourteen years of her career working for a top tier engineering, fabrication and construction firm. She began as Business Development Manager and advanced to Vice President of Contracts and Supply Chain Management. She led the entire administrative team of the company, under the CEO. She excelled in the management of her departments which were, Human Resources, Legal, Financial Integration, and Safety. She built efficient and effective teams that dramatically improved productivity and the overall success of the corporation. Her experience and success is attributed to her experiences within each department prior to becoming Vice President. Her drive and desire to help organizations who have a need for her skill set, has led to the launch of her own company Monarch Blue LLC.
Prior to working for the engineering firm, Betsy's background is marketing management with a specialty in Human Resources, where she worked for a large corporate retailer in the clothing industry. Betsy holds a BA in Textiles and Apparel Design/Merchandising with a minor in Marketing from Louisiana State University.
