MORF is an online bioinfomatics resource for storing and exploring complex biological data directly from your browser to produce high quality graphics for reporting and publication... MORF® was created as a tool for the DETOX project: an interdisciplinary project with partners across the UK, each contributing complex multi-omics data and needing easy access to the results. Originally known as ‘DETOXbase', we built this web-based platform so the whole team could interrogate the data securely through their browser. When we started using it for other international projects we realised our tool could be used far beyond our own studies, and hence rebranded to MORF® - our Multi Omics Research Factory... MORF provides user friendly analysis tools with an intuitive interface, designed for complex experiments with multiple types of omics data.
