Carol Sanford

Carol Sanford has been leading major consulting efforts in both Fortune 500 and new economy businesses for over 25 years. She has worked for companies such as Colgate, DuPont, Weyerhaeuser, Yahoo, Silicon Graphic, Agilent and many others. Carol has 25 years of global experience helping businesses and organizations build consciousness capability to position themselves strategically, develop leadership to execute strategy, and redesign work to gain and keep competitive advantage in the marketplace and community. She is the founding Executive Director of the Institute for Strategic Leadership at Washington State University 's Vancouver campus. Carol has published over 100 works in 10 languages, including a column in Executive Excellence, Stephen Covey's newsletter.

Debra Neill-Baker - CEO

Debra Neill-Baker is the CEO of Neill Corporation. However, Debra is not your typical CEO. In fact, CEO stands for something completely different. For Debra, CEO means Chief Energy Officer. Debra's calling is to enhance the quality of thinking and increase everyone's energy by creating a work environment that encourages everyone to experience and express their full potential.

Edwin Neill

Edwin Neill was named Neill Corporation's President in 2004. He is responsible for the overall strategy and operations of Neill Corporation, including the primary businesses of Aveda Distribution, Extended Technologies, Etopa and Paris Parker Salons and Spas. Edwin started with Neill Corporation in 1976, working in the distribution center, then located at a small storefront in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. A job in Metairie, Louisiana, selling Aveda and Paul Mitchell products followed, before Edwin began college. He returned to the family business in 1997 as Executive Vice President. In 2001, he was promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Prior to rejoining Neill Corporation, Edwin practiced commercial litigation at the New Orleans law firm of Stone Pigman. He currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Tulane Family Business Center and is a treasurer and a member of the board of directors of the International Spa Association Foundation. He is also a director and officer of the Salon and Spa Relief Fund, a charitable organization dedicated to helping salons and spas recover from disasters. Edwin received both a bachelor's degree and a law degree from Louisiana State University, where he was a senior editor of the law review. He received an M.B.A. from Tulane University.

Rochelle Mucha

Rochelle Mucha Ph.D. is founder of Business as Performance Artâ„¢ an Organizational Consulting company that focuses on Strategic Leadership, Learning, Coaching, and Change. Rochelle is a pioneer in the emergent field of Organizational Aesthetics and Aesthetic Intelligence. She is a published author and speaker, serves as adjunct faculty for the Terry College of Business (University of Georgia) and Coles College of Business (Kennesaw University). Previously Rochelle served as Regional director of Training for Marriott Corporation and worked with several global management consulting firms. A sample of clients include Turner Broadcasting Company, The Home Depot, Cigna Group Insurance, The Coca-Cola Company, Dell Corporation, Porter-Novelli Public Relations, Rock-Tenn Corporation, Russell Corporation and TYCO International.

Roy A. Fredericks

Fredericks has been a guest speaker at various salon industry events such as Serious Business, American Excellence and the MidWest show in Chicago. He has developed and expanded multiple salon training programs and has taken the concept of one-to-one marketing to new levels. He continues to practice his philosophies of education, marketing, HR development and creative development at home in Austin. Roy A. Fredericks is the founder of Avant Garde StudioSalonSpa located in Austin, Texas.
