As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Ajit leads the company growth strategy and revenue programs for its data management services portfolio. Ajit is responsible for the overall company performance, along with a high focus on client relationships, new business acquisition and strategic partnerships. Ajit has over 20 years' experience in enterprise services sales, new business acquisition and client management. Since founding NextPhase in 2012, Ajit has led the organization from its formative years and built a profitable entity with marquee customers, created deep client relationships, and developed a network of partners. From his high school days, leading several growth initiatives at his family's manufacturing and retail business in Japan, Ajit learned about the value of service quality, customer satisfaction and the impact that humanity delivers in establishing long term relationships. NextPhase has been built on these principles and continues to emphasize it in daily operations. With his customer passion and entrepreneurial spirit, he leads NextPhase with a ‘Customer First' culture. His vision for NextPhase is to expand strategic relationships with its clients and become a seamless extension for their data management initiatives. This will empower enterprises with reliable insights through trusted data.

Bill is a seasoned business executive with over 27 years of experience working with or within Fortune 500 companies. At NextPhase, Bill is responsible for overall business operations to support the company strategy and direction. He manages the core functions of Human Resources, Finance, Legal and Operations teams to drive consistency in methods, process and tools used to operate the business. Bill is also responsible for executive relationships with the partner ecosystem to help drive strategic business development programs to deliver business growth. Prior to NextPhase, Bill held executive roles at PeopleSoft/Oracle, Evolve Software, Softscape, and Parature. At Oracle/PeopleSoft Bill was instrumental in launching global consulting services for the Asia Pacific region and led the program to deliver services from their global delivery teams. His widespread experience and hands-on interactions with C-level executives as well as senior business and operation level staff helped drive sales within these organizations. Bill has led strategic client projects across global enterprises including cloud solutions, data analytics, and enterprise insights. Bill holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
As the Chief Technology Officer, Danny leads the technology strategy and architecture for NextPhase's automation infrastructure enabling enterprise cloud data services. Danny leads the Engineering team responsible for the service automation infrastructure used in the deployment and management of NextPhase's Data Operations service portfolio. Danny's expertise with Cloud and Enterprise applications services spans over 27 years where he has led numerous initiatives for enterprises. He brings his leadership in Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure, Enterprise services, Software Engineering, Database Management and Service Management Operations to the NextPhase leadership team. The CTO is a critical role as NextPhase defines the next generation of services for enterprises to improve their data quality and data governance framework to migrate and manage data in the cloud. Danny has led many important projects and initiatives successfully throughout his career helping companies and their customers leverage technology to accelerate their journey and growth on cloud systems.
Prior to NextPhase, Danny was most recently Vice President of Global Infrastructure at Velocity Technology Solutions where he led the transformation of over 200 enterprises from traditional IT infrastructure and Enterprise applications to AWS. Danny had held key leadership roles at Xerox, where he led a service offering incubation for Unified Communications focused on the Healthcare and Commercial market segments. He has experience with both large and small companies which include PeopleSoft, Corio, IBM, and ACS focused on deployment and management for technology enabled solutions.
Ravi is responsible for the data management strategy, services portfolio and go to market functions for the Company. As a leading data management services solution provider, NextPhase has developed a services portfolio to help enterprises increase reliability and trust of their cloud data. Ravi is responsible for data management service functions including Go to Market Offerings, Platform automation, Global Operations and Client Services to increase efficiency and effectiveness of data operations to better manage data quality and data governance. With over 25 years of cloud and enterprise data management expertise, Ravi brings a wealth of general management experience in sales enablement, client solution design, services value proposition, strategic partnerships, and global delivery to increase client value
Prior to NextPhase, Ravi was most recently Vice President and General Manager for the NTT Ltd. Americas, Managed Services Division focused on cloud services. Ravi has held senior executive roles at various large and small organizations including Velocity Technology Solutions, IBM Global Services, Corio. His experience spans the entire lifecycle of service product incubation through service launch, global deployment, and scaling cloud deployments for enterprise applications for global enterprises. Ravi brings a dynamic leadership style focused on client outcomes blended with using a pragmatic approach to build and lead client teams to deliver high value.
