As office manager, Cindy Smoker provides support to the Financial Advisors, customer service for clients and oversight of the day-to-day operations and management of the office. She strives to relate professionally and cordially with every client and finds deep satisfaction in seeing clients make sound financial decisions.
Cindy has over 30 years of experience in office administration and development with several non-profits including Eastern Mennonite University and Mennonite Central Committee. She joined Park View in December 2019.
Cindy hails from Ohio and holds a bachelor's degree from Grove City College. She and her husband, LeVon, have lived in Harrisonburg since 2003. They have an adult son and daughter-in-law who live nearby. Outside of work, she enjoys coffee dates, hiking and cooking nutritious meals.
Debbi Wachter works with her clients to create a personalized financial strategy that includes investment and financial management, as well as college and retirement planning. Relationships built on honesty, integrity, and respect are at the heart of every interaction Debbi has.
Debbi utilizes a comprehensive approach to help clients meet their financial goals regardless of age or stage of life. As life happens, Debbi will coach and educate her clients through the adjustments and changes that are needed. Debbi's goal is to empower her clients to feel confident and make smart decisions about their money while keeping in mind what is most important to them.
Debbi began her career as a Financial Advisor in 2012. She is currently an investment advisor representative with Concourse Financial Group Advisors and is also licensed in insurance (life, health, and annuities). Debbi earned a bachelor's degree from Virginia Tech and a master's degree from JMU.
Debbi has two young adult children.
Kristina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Eastern Mennonite University and has significant work experience in development and database management.
She lives in Rockingham County with her husband and two sons. They enjoy spending time outdoors.
Melinda Walton has been involved in the financial services industry since 2014 and is currently an investment advisor representative with Concourse Financial Group Advisors. There are many avenues to building wealth and Melinda assists clients in determining those which best fit their situation. She strives to educate and help guide people along their financial journey.
Originally from Iowa, Melinda earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Northern Iowa. Prior to moving to Harrisonburg in 2009, Melinda lived abroad in Sarajevo, Bosnia, with her husband, John.
Melinda and her husband have one son, a dog and two cats. Away from the office, Melinda enjoys teaching violin, and is a portrait photographer.
