PHILIP NEWMAN

Phil is based in Petersfield in Hampshire but covers the whole of the UK, with a significant number of instructions around London, recent projects in Bristol, Exeter, Cambridge, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire, and frequent trips for acquisition surveys everywhere, many of them in Scotland... With over 40 years' experience in the construction and property industries, including early stints in commercial property management and building control, Philip has been a member of the regulatory body the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) for almost 30 years.
