Mark is Chief Operation Officer and has been designing and installing cellular amplification systems with REACH Amplification LLC for over six years. He is a certified installer for Cel-fi, HiBoost, Surecall and Wilson Pro products. Mark likes the challenge of troubleshooting various systems. Each system is unique in-and-of itself; and Mark's professional installation experience and attention to detail ensures each project's completion exceeds customer expectations.
Mark resides in Central Wisconsin with his wife. He teaches adult Sunday school and manages the church grounds where he attends. He has also taught at a college level school in Ethiopia.
Ryan started out his career in the cellular industry working for a cellular carrier as a Service and Repair Technician. In 2005, Ryan Kaiser began providing cellular service enhancements privately through his company Complete Cellular Service and experienced steady growth by offering outstanding service on great products, and through fair and honest customer engagement. Complete Cellular Service became one of the largest independent cellular amplification companies in the region.
In 2018, Ryan decided to change the company name the to REACH Amplification to highlight the company's focus on providing clear cell reception and faster internet speeds in buildings and vehicles. Ryan works hard to educate business customers on the best choice for their amplification needs.
Reach Amplification has partnered with Valerie Carrillo to become a central contact point for customers to have their amplification, cellular and other telecom services, such a VoIP, UCaaS or CCaas managed with one source.
Valerie is able to research and guide your organization to and through new or updated technology and is happy to assist with one-time projects or anything up to and including complete account management.
Her expertise and relationships with key contact people with various carriers and technology companies gains her access to experts in a variety of technical areas. This allows her to tackle requests, tasks and projects and have them completed in a more efficient manner.
Valerie joins Reach Amplification with 15 years of hands on telecom and technology management experience. Her tenure in this field has allowed Valerie to be involved with many types of businesses; from Small Business and Municipalities to Government entities and large International companies.
She maintains relationships with many of these companies and organizations to this day. Valerie's ability and determination to help clients to identify the right products and uncover cost savings measures for her clients makes her a valuable asset to any company's bottom line.
