Aaron focuses his practice on business, tax, and estate planning. Prior to law school, Aaron served in the U.S. Army and National Security Agency as an Arabic linguist and Mission Manager. While attending law school Aaron gained valuable experience at the Denver Probate Court and the Internal Revenue Service. After graduating from the University of Denver with a dual-degree in law and taxation, Aaron clerked for Judge Marcelo Kopcow in Colorado's Nineteenth Judicial District. In 2018 Aaron entered private practice and began representing individuals and corporate clients with respect to real estate and corporate matters including complex leasing, financing, and purchase and sale transactions. Aaron later joined a boutique law firm where he combined his knowledge of tax law with his corporate and real estate experience to specialize exclusively on trust and estate planning, administration, and litigation, particularly for clients who hold various business and real estate interests.
Aaron understands that each client's needs and objectives are unique. Anthony L. Leffert is a partner in the firm's litigation practice group. Tony served as a Federal Prosecutor with the Criminal Division, Fraud Section, in Washington D.C. He reported to Robert M. Mueller, Assistant Attorney General for the Criminal Division for the prosecution of the Bank of Credit and Commerce, Int., Clark Clifford, Robert Altman case. Carl helps clients negotiate the intersection of law and technology, both patenting new inventions and dealing with patent enforcement matters. Doug is the chair of the Franchise and Distribution Law department at Robinson, Waters & O'Dorisio. As a member of RWO's employment practice group, Juli E. Lapin advises local and regional businesses in the complexities of employment law. Michael Lynch has been practicing real estate law on the Western Slope for over 30 years. He received his undergraduate degree in English from the University of Notre Dame , where he also was captain of the varsity lacrosse team. Mike has practiced as a civil litigator and trial attorney for nearly fifteen years. Mike's cases have spanned a variety of different commercial matters, including business divorces/corporate disputes, breach of contract, fraud, insurance bad faith, construction defects, real estate disputes, professional malpractice, and complex collections involving fraudulent transfers and piercing the corporate veil. Michelle has extensive legal experience in the public and private sector. As a result of her varying areas or practice, she also has extensive trial and hearing experience. She has represented private companies, insurance carriers, individuals, and other entities in the defense of employment discrimination claims, unemployment claims, wage and hour claims, contract disputes, and general liability matters. Michelle provides consultant services for private companies in the areas of risk management and employment law. She also provides management training on a variety of topics.
In addition to providing legal consulting, Michelle has given numerous presentations on topics in the areas of basic management principles; all Federal and State anti-discrimination laws; Federal and State wage and hour laws; the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act; and risk management.
Michelle began her legal career as a prosecutor for the City and County of Denver, trying more than 50 cases in her first year of practicing law. Next, she worked as an Assistant Attorney General with the Colorado Attorney General's Office, Labor and Civil Rights Unit, where she represented the Colorado Civil Rights Division, the Subsequent Injury Fund, and other state agencies. Paul Timmins has over 25 years of experience representing clients in connection with a wide variety of real estate transactions and land use matters. Peter Moore is the Chairman of the Business Law Department and a member of the real estate practice group for Robinson, Waters and O'Dorisio. He serves as outside general counsel and corporate counsel for many local and regional businesses. Twenty years of experience as a commercial trial lawyer provides Peter with a unique perspective on his business practice and aids in his ability to structure deals and transactions in a way to minimize risk, avoid litigation, and efficiently achieve the client's business goals. Prior to focusing his career on corporate, transactional, and real estate matters for clients over 20 years ago, he handled hundreds of litigation cases and successfully tried approximately 35 jury and bench trials in state and federal courts throughout the region.
Peter has significant experience with transactional matters relating to purchase, sale, merger, and liquidation transactions, corporate finance, capital raises, start-up companies and entity formation. Key industries in which he focuses his practice include professional sports, energy and retail sporting goods. In this capacity Mr. Waters tried every felony in the district and was the Deputy in charge of the Aspen office. He eventually accepted a position as an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Colorado and remained in that capacity before he, Pete Robinson and fellow shareholder, John O'Dorisio, formed Robinson Waters & O'Dorisio, P.C.
Mr. Waters' practice is primarily centered in Denver, Colorado and the surrounding counties, but he has had significant trial experience in most of the western states.
Mr. Waters continues to be actively involved in the federal defense bar and a portion of his practice is dedicated to white collar criminal defense. He is admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States, and he is an active member of the Colorado Trial Lawyer's Association and the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations.

Prior to joining Robinson, Waters & O'Dorisio, Tim authored an article published by the University of Denver Law Review entitled: The Constitutional Constraints on State Regulation of the Internet: ACLU v. Johnson, 78 Univ. of Den. L Rev. 231 (2000). He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Colorado Bar Association.
