In the office (and the voice on the phone) you will find Cally. Cally, our Office Manager (and wife to Ken Troupe) has been involved with Rover since the doors opened. She handles all the day to day activities within the office and is here to help with any questions you may have and to get the answers you need. Cally enjoys getting to know all of our clients and is always there to lend a hand. If you need help with the exterior of your home, Cally is also a Landscape Architect!

Ken Troupe

Job Titles:
  • Construction Manager
Born and raised in Canada, Ken was active in the Canadian construction industry prior to moving to the Lowcountry over 20 years ago. After studying Architectural Design in College, Ken began working in the homebuilding field as a way to bring together his design expertise with his love of the construction process. While in Canada, he had taken part in Canada's prestigious "Advanced Housing" workshops, won a CMHC Healthy Housing Award and served as President of his local Homebuilder's Association. Ken's work in the Lowcountry has received regional and national acclaim in publications such as Coastal Living Magazine, Fine Homebuilding Magazine, and "More Small Homes" book published by Taunton Press.
