Shortly after inception, RT switched directions and decided to forgo the actual construction of utilities to focus on the locating of such services. Initially, RT started working for utility contractors to locate utilities in front of their excavation. As their experience and reputation grew, they began to work for local engineers providing design phase assistance for infrastructure projects as it relates to utility location in the project areas. Most services are performed as a subcontractor for engineering firms designing municipal, county, and state civil projects...
