Andrea Hauser

Andrea Hauser graduated with a Bachelor of Science FHO in information technology at the University of Applied Sciences Rapperswil. She is focusing her offensive work on web application security testing and the realization of social engineering campaigns. Her research focus is creating and analyzing deepfakes.

Marc Ruef

Marc Ruef has been working in information security since the late 1990s. In 1997 he founded computec.ch, the most popular German-speaking board about computer security in the 90's. When he was 18 years old his first book got published which discussed the security of Windows operating systems. More books about cybersecurity succeeded over the years. His most popular work is "The Art of Penetration Testing" which got released 2007 by a German publisher. Reprints of the book are sold even today. It discusses the professional approach to identify security vulnerabilities in computer systems, how to exploit and mitigate them. In the last 25 years he worked on 16 books, published more than 275 articles in seven different languages and gave more than 200 interviews. He is also a regular lecturer at multiple universities like ETH, HWZ, HSLU, and IKF. He is co-founder of the company scip AG in Zurich, which provides consulting services in the broad field of cybersecurity. He lead the Red Team for 12 years. In the meanwhile he is responsible for the research department which supports the other teams and does research for customers. Especially exotic projects like car hacking or medical device security are handled by the so called Titanium Team. Marisa Tschopp

Marisa Tschopp is a researcher at scip AG, Ambassador and Chief Research Officer at Women in AI NPO, and Co-Chair of the IEEE Trust and Agency in AI Systems committee. She researches AI from a psychological perspective, addressing a variety of questions about psychological phenomena with a particular interest in ethical implications. Her research focuses on trust, performance measurement of conversational AI (A-IQ), agency, leadership, and issues of gender equality in AI. As an organizational psychologist, she has experience in social and educational settings and studied and taught at various universities in Germany, Canada and Switzerland. She has published various media articles, book chapters and essays and is a frequent speaker at conferences and events (including TED x) worldwide. Marisa holds a Master's degree in Psychology of Excellence in Business and Education from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, Germany, and a BA degree in Business Psychology with a focus on market and consumer psychology. As an associate researcher in the Social Processes Lab at the Leibniz Institut für Wissensmedien (IWM), she investigates the perceived relationships between humans and machines. Her Profiles

Rocco Gagliardi

Rocco Gagliardi has been working in IT since the 1980s and specialized in IT security in the 1990s. His main focus lies in security frameworks, network routing, firewalling and log management.
