Jo has been in the world of IT for 14 years, and has spent the last 10 years as a system builds technician. That wide range of experience makes Jo the one you want to diagnose and remedy your IT woes. When not helping a client or elbow-deep in a PC, Jo is a gamer, a miniature painter, and an avid Dungeons and Dragons player.

Keith is a financial aficionado with more than a decade of experience working with managed service providers like Shift Support. He's a problem-solving wizard, whether it be finances or working with his hands. When he's not streamlining financial charts or building something in his shop, Keith likes to head outside for a bit of sport or a run.

With 12 Years of providing technology services, Mike is driven by client satisfaction. He works diligently to ensure clients are getting the most out of their technology infrastructure. His goal is to worry about client's technology needs so they can do what they do best - run their company.

With 13 years of technology experience, Morgan is passionate about helping businesses realize their full potential through technology. He aims to be an active partner with every client he works with - taking a vested interest in their success, collaborating on initiatives, and constantly looking for ways to improve business efficiencies through technology solutions. When he gets away from the office, he can be found fly fishing, camping, floating down a river, or cooking up a storm in a kitchen.
