The business has been started in April 1997 following a split-up of a company with purely building engineering design activity. In order to further strengthen the company's position on the market, on October 16, 2001, we formed SMG-SISU Budapest Engineering Consulting Ltd. from the merging of SMG Kft. and SISU Budapest Kft., which was involved in several investments in Hungary.
