SMOG-CHECK TRAINING - Key Persons
Owner Roberto graduated in 1994 after 3 years on an automotive program and ever since has worked in the automotive industry eventually channelling his knowledge into running his company, Aztek Auto Repair. What originally began as a two-man operation, Aztek quickly flourished and by January 2010, due to high demand, Roberto was obliged to expand his services. Inevitably outgrowing its original workshop, Aztek moved to its current location in 2015 to accommodate more vehicles and specialized equipment.
Roberto Ibarra has been working on the Automotive industry since 1991, he started his apprenticeship in Automotive Technology programs in Mexico and continued his education becoming an ASE certified in the US in California.
In 1998 Roberto earned his first ASE certification , and later on becoming Master Technician.
A few years later he became a shop owner being Aztek Auto Repair the best way to serve and give something back to the community.
Being a Master Technician and with the desire of sharing knowledge he became a Certified BAR Instructor and opened a Smog Training School.
With a positive attitude and a very funny personality, Roberto has had a successful automotive career and now is passing all of his knowledge to his students.
