Dr. Beth Harvey

Dr. Beth Harvey is grateful to have grown up in Olympia and is glad to give back to such a great community. After graduating from Capital High School, she attended a 6-year combined BA/MD program at the University of Missouri in Kansas City where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Medical Honor Society. While in Kansas City she ran cross-country for UMKC and is proud that she never came in last. For residency, she moved to Salt Lake City and trained at Primary Children's/the University of Utah where she indulged in lots of skiing and hiking. Here she received the Resident Service to Children Award. Following residency, she stayed on as Chief Resident and co-led a community outreach project with AmeriCorps focusing on healthcare access to the Hispanic community.

Dr. Beverly Jane Lirio

Dr. Beverly Jane Lirio grew up in Manila, Philippines. She is a graduate of the University of Santo Tomas, Faculty of Medicine and Surgery. After graduation from medical school, she worked under the Department of Health as a rural health physician for families. She then moved to the United States and completed her pediatric residency at St. Vincent's Medical Center - New York University in Staten Island, New York. She is board certified in Pediatrics and was in practice in Las Cruces, New Mexico for 7 years before moving to Olympia and joining South Sound Pediatrics in 2008. Dr. Lirio and her husband have three daughters. Their family enjoys bonding together while traveling, hiking, kayaking, and even dancing! It gives Dr. Lirio extreme happiness to be a part of every child's life. She considers her patients her extended family. She believes that every child is special and enjoys interacting with them from infancy to adolescence.

Dr. Chelsea Welsh

Dr. Chelsea Welsh grew up in Auburn, Washington and graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor's degree in biology. She then moved to Mississippi, where she served as a high school science teacher in an underserved school as a Teach for America teacher. This experience inspired her to continue to work to improve the lives of children by becoming a pediatrician. She returned to the University of Washington for medical school and graduated on to residency at Oregon Health and Sciences University in Portland, Oregon.   Dr. Welsh was excited to move back home to Washington to join South Sound Pediatrics. She is passionate about being a consistent part of children's lives and helping children develop healthy habits and lifestyles as they grow into healthy adults. She enjoys combining her education and medical backgrounds to help her patients better understand their health.  Dr. Welsh lives with her husband and 2 sons. They enjoy biking, playing board games, and baking together.

Dr. Kathy Tran

Dr. Tran grew up from Fort Worth, Texas and went to medical school at UNT Health Science Center - Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. She continued onto residency in Houston at Children's Memorial Hermann Hospital. She was attracted to the trees and mountains of the PNW and moved across the country to practice as a pediatrician. She currently lives with her husband, two busy daughters and two fluffy dogs. They enjoy hiking, biking, running, and exploring new restaurants.

Dr. Sylvia Morales-Bronner

Dr. Morales was born and raised in Bogata, Colombia. In 2002, Dr. Morales-Bronner was awarded the title of Medical Surgeon from the National University of Colombia. She joined Miami Children's Hospital in 2005, as a Resident in Categorical Pediatrics, where she was awarded the 2006 Outstanding Achievement Award in Pediatric Emergency Medicine. She practiced as a pediatrician in Puyallup, Washington for four and a half years before joining South Sound Pediatrics. Dr. Morales is board-certified and a bilingual medical professional. She is also an avid breastfeeding supporter. Dr. Morales currently lives in Yelm, Washington with her husband, two children, and two dogs. She experiences extraordinary joy in taking care of children and developing long-lasting relationships with their families

Jaime Plewa

Jaime Plewa is originally from California. She graduated from UC Davis in 2000 with a bachelor's degree in physiology before moving to New York where she earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from Columbia University in 2002. Jaime returned to the west coast to attend the University of Washington, graduating in 2005 with a Masters of Nursing and becoming a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She worked for 10 years at a practice in Centralia before joining South Sound Pediatrics in July of 2016. Jaime lives in Olympia with her husband and four children.

Robin Wulff

Robin Wulff is originally from California. She graduated from University of Phoenix in 2012 with a bachelor's degree in nursing. Robin then continued on to Seton Hall University, graduating in 2015 with a Masters of Nursing and becoming a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She worked for 7 years at a practice in Longview before joining South Sound Pediatrics in September 2022. Robin lives in Olympia with her husband and son. She enjoys hiking, camping, traveling, and spending family time together.
