SPRINGBOARD - Key Persons
Adele started the business nearly 17 years ago, and takes a hands on approach to running it. While taking responsibility for tenders and contracts, as well as identifying suitable courses as the requirements for employment evolve, she also works closely with learners and job seekers, and is particularly proud of the team she's built up t support them.
Away from the office, Adele keeps active with a spot of tap dancing, playing netball for a local team, and weekends away in the campervan with her family.
Beth joined Springboard in 2016, and her enthusiastic approach to supporting learners has seen her take on a range of roles in the business - from teaching through to managing our Facebook profile.
Outside of work, Beth has the call of the road, and enjoys caravan trips across Europe with her family whenever possible. Failing that she can be found taking her faithful hound on a jog.

Helen spends much of her working day with clients, helping them with their CV's and looking for appropriate work opportunities. Sometimes, that can also mean identifying skills development through training.
After a typically hectic working week, Helen spends weekends away supporting her daughter who events horses, or relaxing at home with a good book and a glass of wine.
Linda is one of Springboard's maths tutors. She has been with the business since 2018 and teaches learners of all abilities and levels. She understands how frightening the thought of attending a maths class might be, so her lessons are friendly and relaxed, with a focus on providing learners a safe place to discover that maths really isn't as awful as they might've originally thought!
When she's not tutoring or being a taxi service for her kids, Linda can usually be found at the side of a rugby pitch, or at her tap and ballet classes.

Lynne joined Springboard in 2019. Supporting clients who are looking to develop new skills and get back into work, Lynne enjoys the diversity of people that she meets and tutors, and finds great job satisfaction when someone gets the job they wanted.
Away from work, Lynne enjoys walking her dog and socialising with friends and family. Just don't tell anyone she's a closet Love Island fan.
