With respect to real estate, we have the experience and flexibility to invest in a wide range of residential and commercial transactions both as principal and agent. However, we specialize in the funding, construction, and marketing of properties that are subsidized and/or regulated by local and federal governmental agencies. In connection with such transactions, depending on a property's characteristics and the relevant market conditions, we will seek a short-term sale and profit or to hold the property on a long-term basis for capital appreciation and income.
