TOAD Founder and CEO, Mark Hooper, is the only person to ever graduate as the number one student in US Navy SEALs school then immediately enroll in the US Army's most Elite Unit, the combat medics of 18 Delta, from which he also graduated first in class. He now applies the same work ethic, problem-solving skills, and keen attention to detail he learned as a SEAL to his role as Chief Executive Officer at TOAD.
