Mr. Barry Norris, retiring Chief Scout Executive for the Greater Cleveland Council Boy Scouts of America, will be joining the Advisory Board after November 1, 2016.

Dan Langen's career has focused on developing student leaders in the classroom, on the athletic field, and through a variety of civic-oriented student leadership programs. He credits the example of his parents' civic engagement, the moral and character development provided by Boy Scout programs, and the leadership opportunities provided through school programs for his success as an educator. Dan is graduate of Miami University, receiving his Bachelor's degree in secondary Social Studies Education (1984) and Master's degree in Curriculum and Supervision (1991). Prior to his current role as an Academic Designer for an international publisher, Dan taught middle school and high school history and social studies courses, supervised social studies and education technology integration programs at Mason City Schools, and taught courses at The Ohio State University and Miami University. Dan was recently recognized by the Ohio Council for the Social Studies, The Ohio Senate, and the Ohio House of Representatives as the 2016 Ohio Social Studies Leader, recognizing his 30 years on the OCSS Executive Board and his leadership roles as President and Executive Director for that organization. He has also served in leadership roles with the National Council for the Social Studies, the Coalition of Ohio Professional Associations, and the Ohio Geographic Alliance. Dan, and his wife, Tami, are residents of Hilliard, Ohio. They have two sons; Andrew, who is a junior at Ohio State's aviation program, and Michael, who is an assistant manager at a national sporting goods retailer. Dan and Tami are active in their church and in local charities.

• Policy Analyst at the Ohio Disability Law

Danielle Gray is a policy analyst at the Ohio Disability Law and Policy Center, (doing business as Disability Rights Ohio), the federally designated Protection and Advocacy Organization for the state of Ohio. Danielle conducts research, analyzes proposed policies, evaluates the effectiveness of existing policies, and reports findings to decision makers and the disability community. Danielle works to build strategic partnerships with other organizations, writes grants, and develops and implements outreach activities for the agency. Prior to joining Disability Rights Ohio, Danielle worked as the Senior Research Analyst at Service Employees International Union, Local 1199 where she analyzed business trends, performed company financial analysis, performed contract costing, and drafted research reports on issues important to the health care workforce. Prior to SEIU-1199 Danielle served as an Advocacy Support Analyst for the Ohio Association of Foodbanks, where she built a database of hunger and poverty related statistics on the state, local and county level and performed research and analysis of hunger and poverty related policy issues. Danielle conducted an outreach campaign, collecting over 25,000 written messages to state legislators on hunger and poverty related issues. Danielle is a graduate of Allegheny College, with a BA in Political Science and Philosophy. Danielle also attended the Ohio State University, where she earned a Master of Public Health in Health Services and Management and Policy. Danielle resides in Columbus, Ohio, with her husband, Ryan Farmer. She is active in the Saint Vincent de Paul Society for the Diocese of Columbus, where she serves on the Voice of the Poor committee, who partner with people living in poverty to raise awareness and address issues of social concern.

Jon Gray serves as the Executive Director of the Foundation on a part-time basis. He also works as a consultant to organizations seeking to achieve higher performance. Prior to his current positions, Jon was Vice President, Engineering, for the Prentke Romich Company in Wooster, Ohio where he was responsible for the product development technology and engineering of new products to assist individuals with communication disorders. Prior to this position he ran his own business providing organizational and leadership coaching and training services enhancing the performance excellence systems of his clients. He has also served as the founding Director/CEO of the biomedical microfabrication facility at The Ohio State University and as the Director of Operations & Technology for the FES Center of Cleveland. He has experience in the creation and operation of several operating non-profits. Jon is now in his 17th year serving the Baldrige National Quality Program, where he has held nearly every volunteer position. He was a co-founder of the Ohio program (now known as The Partnership for Excellence) and 'retired' from that program after 10 years of service - holding every position including examiner, team leader, Board Member, Treasurer, and as interim Executive Director. Jon is a Paramedic and Volunteer Firefighter, serving his local community through the Tappan Lake Volunteer Fire Department in Harrison County, Ohio.

Noel-Marie is currently a PhD candidate at Kent State University Department of Biological Sciences School of Biomedical Sciences. She is currently doing research in phylogenetic analysis of Trypanosomas, genomic and proteomic analysis of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, and computational biology in precision medicine. Her work is being presented at the Ohio Wound Conference in 2016. Noel-Marie was awarded her BA in Biology from Hiram College. During her undergrad, her work on bone histology of early Cetaceans was published in the Anatomical Record and she presented the project at the tri-annual aquatic tetrapod conference. After graduating from Hiram she married her husband Gerald, and moved to Virginia during his time in the US Navy. She is now back living in Stow, OH with her retired Navy husband, and their 5 children. Noel-Marie currently serves on the board at Fishcreek PTA as the council delegate. She volunteers every week for the school's noon mover program and regularly attends and participates in PTA events. She is also active in her church, Holy Family of Stow, community.

Ryan is a Graduate of Wright State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
