UPPER TRINITY

Upper Trinity was created by the State of Texas as a conservation and reclamation district in 1989. We are a regional, non-profit government agency authorized to provide water, wastewater, solid waste and storm water (watershed protection) services on a wholesale basis in the Denton County area. Our revenue is derived from the services we provide rather than any power of taxation. We were organized by the cities and utilities we serve, and designed to be progressive, responsive and competitive... Our vision is to focus on member and customer needs as the primary purpose of Upper Trinity, and endeavor to be the provider of choice for our service area... we provide towns, cities and utilities in North Texas with essential water, wastewater and waste disposal services.
