Michael Arons, CPA, is the Founder and Principal of Westhill Accounting and Tax Services, an accounting and tax services company with offices in Stamford, CT and Harrison, NY. Michael serves tax, accounting, QuickBooks, and CFO-level needs of numerous small and mid-sized business owners and individual taxpayers in and around Fairfield County, Connecticut and Westchester County, NY. Michael is most passionate about helping people in need through his value-added services and personal touch. You won't find a tax return factory here. For small business and corporate clients, Michael is known as the "go-to" accounting guy who can handle just about anything you throw at him, from cash flow help to entity formation to QuickBooks support. His experience includes a broad range of industries with emphasis in financial, consulting and professional services, construction, real estate, manufacturing, distributors, retailers, etailers and restaurants. For tax clients, Michael creates an income tax projection that includes an in-depth review and tax analysis for their individual and business financial needs. This analysis lets clients know where their business and personal assets stand at risk today - and helps prevent losses for tomorrow. It's also designed to assist clients in paying the least amount of taxes required by law. After 20 years' experience in public accounting and industry accounting including Big four firm PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP, Michael started his own firm, Westhill Accounting and Tax Services. Today, Westhill Accounting and Tax Services has a wide variety of small business clients needing tax, bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and outsourced controller services and individuals needing income, corporate, estate, trust, and gift tax return preparation and representation. Michael earned his BBA degree in Accounting from Hofstra University and is a licensed CPA in New York. When he is not working, he spends time on his collection of sports and entertainment collectibles.
