The former President of Louisville Slugger, the official bat of Major League Baseball, Bill brings extensive experience in strategic marketplace partnerships, sales and marketing, and cross-functional team collaboration to PRS. While at Hillerich & Bradsby Co., Clark oversaw the re-invention of the 131-year old, family owned business through exclusive marketplace partnerships, patented product innovation, as well as laser focused customer insights. PRS is pleased to add Clark's expertise to their ongoing development of innovative partnerships in the delivery of rehabilitation health care in an ever-changing marketplace. A graduate of the University of Louisville with a B.S. in Business Administration, Clark is actively involved in his community, serving as a mentor to college students and non-profit leaders. Clark and his wife, Holly, reside in Louisville, Kentucky with their four children.

Brandon Phillips

Brandon has dedicated the last 15 years of his professional career to developing, and managing physician-based PT/OT clinics across the nation. In that time, he has overseen all phases of the clinic life cycle from start up, to ongoing operations and management, to clinical and program expansion and more. Brandon has worked with more than 150 physician-based rehab clinics in a variety of practice settings including orthopaedics, primary care, nuero, multi-specialty and hospitals. Brandon is a past exhibitor/contributor at numerous major medical conferences including the American Academy Orthopaedic Executives (state and national), American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Medical Group Management Association, American Medical Group Association, American Academy of Family Physicians, and the Congress of Neurological Surgeons. He has also served as a board member on the Industry Relations Board for the American Academy Orthopaedic Executives. In addition to his development and management experience, Phillips previously designed one of the first web-based PT-specific management and outcome-reporting tools, and has vast experience in both customizations of physician-specific EMR systems for PT/OT, and integrations of PT/OT-specific EMR systems for physician-based rehab programs. Brandon is a graduate of Western Kentucky University and currently lives in Bowling Green, KY with his wife, two sons, and two dogs. In his spare time Brandon enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his boys, and rooting for the WKU Hilltoppers and Indianapolis Colts!

R Philip Clements, co-founder of Physicians Rehab Solution, served as Chief Financial Officer for Integrity Rehab Group. As co-founder of IRG, Clements provided a thorough knowledge of finance combined with in-depth expertise in rehab management. Phil pioneered the most widely accepted physician-based rehab model in use today and is affectionately regarded in the industry as the father of physician-based rehab. Phil's passion for quality rehab services and patients, combined with practical, real-world business principles, has been the hallmark of his success. From June 1994 through April 2001, Clements served as Chief Financial Officer for DiversiCare Rehab Services, a regionally recognized full-service rehab company specializing in physician outpatient clinics and hospital-based services. Prior to joining DiversiCare, Clements served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Administrator of Southern Kentucky Rehab Services, a Kentucky-based outpatient rehab company. Prior to his rehab management tenure, Mr. Clements spent ten years in the financial services industry. Previous positions included Executive Vice President for PNC Bank of Pittsburgh, as well as serving as Senior Vice President and co-founder of Caspian Enterprise, a private investment holding company. Mr. Clements has also served as Vice President of Citizens Bank of Kentucky. Philip is a graduate of the University of Kentucky, where he played varsity golf and holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance. He and his wife have three sons; they reside in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, where he has been known to play an occasional round of golf.

Tom A. Pennington, P.T., co-founder of Physicians Rehab Solution, has built a career based on excellence in rehab. As former founder, President and CEO of DiversiCare Rehab Services, Pennington developed a regional rehab company known for excellence in rehab in physician groups and hospitals. As founder, President and CEO of Integrity Rehab Group, Pennington developed the largest and most successful physician-based rehab company in the nation. In addition to his work as a clinician, manager, and business owner, Pennington has dedicated ten years of service as an active member of the Kentucky State Board of Physical Therapy. He served as Chairman of the Board for three terms. Pennington has also served on the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy for nine years, where he has been active on the Finance and By-Laws Committees. During his tenure on the Federation, he has been honored to receive a nomination to the Board of Directors. Pennington has also been a long-time member of the American Physical Therapy Association, holding state district officer positions. Pennington is co-founder and chair of the steering committee for Western Kentucky University's DPT program, which accepted its inaugural class in fall of 2013. A graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelors of Science degree in Physical Therapy, Tom lives in Bowling Green, Kentucky, with his wife and the youngest of his five children. A varsity tennis player for Western Kentucky University, Tom can still be found on the court, pounding the ball.
