BLOCK MANAGER ADVISORY - Key Persons
Alastair Smith has been practising as a business advisor to the residential property (block) management (UK) and strata and body corporate management sectors (Australia) for more than 20 years. He has assisted numerous businesses, both large and small, navigate a profitable and dynamic pathway.
From 2002 - 2011 Alastair was also a co-owner and, for many years, managing director of Sydney based strata managing agent Strata Associates Pty Ltd. He also served as a director of the Institute of Strata Title Management Ltd (now SCA NSW) for five years.
Rob Robertson has been involved in residential property management in the UK for over 30 years. He has held positions ranging from Property Manager to Managing Director / Partner in a residential block management setting. He has also been and owner and director of several successful support businesses. Rob has a proven track record in developing individuals, departments of businesses and entire organisations.
During his career Rob has been involved with the buying and selling of property portfolios and businesses.
