Ami Dhillon

Ami joined Baxendale having worked in International Development for 5 years undertaking a range of roles across fundraising strategy, partnerships and project management. Ami has an interest in helping voluntary and not-for-profit organisations operate more effectively, enabling them to deliver better value for staff, service users and the sector as a whole. Since joining Baxendale, Ami has used her in-depth sector knowledge to propose digital solutions to clients, write bids, support with service transformation and mergers. Ami's passion for the Third Sector has also led her to be a trustee for her local Home-Start where she supports with strategy and governance.

Campbell McDonald

Campbell was a co-founder of the Baxendale advisory business, and has supported clients ranging from central government departments and large international businesses to small charities and social enterprises. He has acted as a trusted coach and mentor to senior executives to develop and execute their strategic vision and personal goals. His areas of specialism include income growth and diversification, organisational transformation and workforce culture. He is also one of the UK's leading practitioners in mutual and employee owned business models. Campbell is an expert in UK health and care and has worked with clients ranging from the Department of Health and Social Care to large NHS acute hospitals through to small local delivery organisations. He has worked extensively over the last 10 years with leading social enterprise community services providers. In 2017 he supported NHS Providers and NHS Confederation to set up the Community Network which acts as the national voice for community service providers, and continues to sit as an advisor to the Network Board. Furthermore, he sits on the National Social Value Task Force and the Cabinet Office's SME Panel (advising policy-makers in the Crown Commercial Service).

Ceri Jones

Ceri leads Baxendale's health practice supporting a range of health providers with their commercial and operational strategies. Increasingly this has involved taking a system-wide approach to strategic development informed by the best possible analytics and modelling and supported by effective change management to ensure all the necessary conditions for change are in place. Ceri joined Baxendale from Social Enterprise UK where she headed up the Policy and Research function. Her background is in health having previously worked for New South Wales Department of Health, the Wellcome Trust and Marie Stopes International. She has a Masters in Public Health and BA in Geography from UCL.

Dasha French

Dasha is Baxendale's Finance and Performance Manager, responsible for bookkeeping and the production of monthly management accounts, maintaining project management systems and reporting the delivery utilisation of partners. She supports the team, on-boards new staff and ensures the smooth running of the office. Dasha has worked in both commercial and charity sectors in a variety of bookkeeping and administrator roles, plus has acted as the treasurer of her local community food-growing project for almost ten years.

Jim Brooks

Jim Brooks is Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Baxendale where he specialises in the health, social care, and not-for-profit sectors. Jim has advised on numerous transactions over many years and possesses the technical and commercial expertise needed to support clients at each stage of the M&A journey. Jim and his team help clients to develop and embed their M&A plans, research and approach potential partners, evaluate specific opportunities, work through key issues with potential partners, and project manage transactions and post-deal implementation. He also oversees Baxendale's financial modelling and estates strategy services. As well as having many years of experience as a consultant in the not-for-profit and health and social care sectors, Jim has held senior level positions at KPMG Corporate Finance, and the NHS, including a Non-Executive role at an NHS Trust. Jim holds an MBA and is a Chartered Management Accountant. Jim is passionate about strengthening organisations so they can improve health and social outcomes for the people they serve.

Juliette Gordon

Juliette specialises in supporting employee-owned businesses and social enterprises to develop their commercial strategies, design and implement service solutions and win new business. She also focuses on the role of culture in enabling organisations to achieve their goals. She has worked with a range of Baxendale clients particularly across health and the EO sector. Her experience includes supporting clients to win multi-million pound community health contracts, analysing growth opportunities in various markets, assisting health and care system partners to define how they can provide more integrated services, and helping organisations to scope and implement change programmes. Previously, Juliette was responsible for developing and growing customer engagement programmes for national charities in health and social care.

Robin Naudi

Robin is Head of Commercial and Digital at Baxendale and specialises in supporting organisations to grow through new commercial models, winning new business and raising capital. He has worked extensively with public service mutual and social enterprise providers embarking on commercialisation and income diversification programmes, including providing communications support for key stakeholder engagement. Prior to joining Baxendale, Robin worked for Anheuser Busch Inbev where he delivered brand management and trade marketing projects for Europe's biggest beer brands, and UoM Commercial Ltd - the commercial engagement services company of the University of Melbourne - where he worked as an analyst in the health technology commercialisation division. Robin holds a 1st-Class Honours degree in Biological Sciences from Edinburgh University and is passionate about enabling a more responsible, sustainable way of doing business.

Tom Davis

Tom Davis is Head of Transformation at Baxendale where he specialises in health and public sector. Tom works for clients across the health sector, including providers of primary, community, secondary and mental health services as well as commissioners. He also supports central government clients. Tom specialises in the development and implementation of growth strategies, business plans and operating models to achieve transformational and sustainable growth for his clients, often through alternative delivery models. He is also an experienced bid writer, with an outstanding track record in helping clients to win and mobilise large contracts to retain or grow business. Prior to joining Baxendale, Tom worked for PwC's Advisory team, specialising in operations, complex procurement and transformation. Before becoming a Management Consultant, Tom was a secondary school English teacher, leading his school's English faculty. Tom is passionate about Social Enterprise, helping to grow membership of a fledgling Social Enterprise ten-fold, while also securing corporate sponsorship to ensure its future viability.
