Amy has been with us since the start and loves to chat to recruiters to offer advice on candidate attraction she is also the one responsible for our marketing and keeps Frank in check! Outside of CSL Amy loves to travel, listen to live music and is also a bit of a foodie enjoying to cook and eat pretty much anything!
Laura has been with us from the beginning. She works with the account managers at the job boards to build strong relationships with them. She looks after the job board group deals, monitoring the existing spend and helping with future requirements. Beyond CSL's four walls, you can find her shopping, socialising or in a sunny destination on holiday.
Michelle is our founder and looks after our sales, consultant training and credit control. Michelle has worked in recruitment for over 15 years and there's nothing she doesn't know about the business. In fact, she's the one who discovered that start-up businesses and small agencies needed help with attracting candidates.
Tom is the youngest member of the team and works on developing the business as well as advising new and existing customers on the best way to attract candidates. Outside of CSL Tom enjoys socialising with friends, listening to music and watching sport.
