Claire joined Cowling, Swift & Kitchin in 1995 and became a partner in 1999. Prior to that she trained with a firm in Leeds.
Claire specialises in Estate and Tax Planning, Property Transactions, Wills, Trusts and the Administration of Estates. She undertakes work relating to Court of Protection and Powers of Attorney as well as undertaking a full range of conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, mortgage and transfers of equity.
A graduate of Leeds Metropolitan University. She joined Cowlings in 2009 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2014.

Louise joined Cowling Swift and Kitchin in 2004, becoming a partner in 2012.
Louise specialises in development work acting for both national housebuilders, smaller developers and also represents landowners who sell land to developers subject to planning or through promotion agreements. She deals in all aspects of development work from site sales and acquisitions, option agreements, overage agreements planning agreements, infrastructure agreements and plot sales. Louise also deals with agricultural property, commercial property and leases as well as residential conveyancing, powers of attorney and wills.
