Alexander is a native of Colorado. He spent 8 years growing up in Thailand where he graduated high school, as his parents were missionaries there. He is a USMC veteran and studied Finance and Business Analytics at the University of Denver. A few of his hobbies include, reading and spending time out in the mountains doing various activities. Alex is in charge of all investment operations for the practice.
Hannah Harder was raised in Colorado. She attended Colorado Christian University, where she studied Communications and Mass Media. She has done work with the Denver Nuggets and the Denver Broncos in a media capacity. She is passionate about writing and has also authored a book. In her spare time she loves being with her friends, exploring Denver, and going to the gym. Hannah loves working with people, and communicates closely with clients of 323 Financial Group. Hannah loves to challenge herself, and her role in operations keeps her growing in many areas.

Jennifer is a native New-Englander and relocated to Colorado more than 15 years ago to enjoy the beauty of the Rockies. She received her BA from the University of Massachusetts and has more than 13 years of experience in the banking, personal insurance and investment field.
As the Director of Insurance Operations, Jennifer supports 323 Financial Group by overseeing and managing the underwriting requirements for new clients and maintains ongoing servicing to ensure a pleasant and valuable experience.
When Jennifer is not catching up with her monthly book club read, she spends her free time running, hiking, camping and skiing with her husband John, three adult children Jack, Andrew, Brianna and loyal labradoodle Brodie.
Rachel Thorngate is a Financial Advisor and partner of 323 Financial Group, where she specializes in comprehensive financial planning across the country. After graduating Magna Cum Laude in her degrees in Finance, Management and Marketing from Colorado Christian University, Rachel began running her financial planning practice in January 2009. Together, Desiree and Rachel lead a team of 5 and hold the most elite awards of the company they partner with- Northwestern Mutual. She has also been a qualifying member of Million Dollar Round Table every year since 2013. Rachel is known for her passion and ability to her team and clients. She is married to Brian, a retired Firefighter, and together they have three beautiful children- Abby, Noah and Emerson.
Rachel is an incredible dinner party hostess, and is always looking for ways to give back to the community when she is not attending her kids many sporting events. Rachel has learned to master the art of balance between running a successful business and not sacrificing time with her family. Rachel believes her calling is to serve her clients to the best of her ability, while also setting an example for what is possible for other aspiring entrepreneurs, all while being authentic and often times facing adversity. Rachel's Favorite quote is "Hard work consistently beats talent, unless talent consistently works hard." Work ethic was bred into Rachel at a very young age, and it is a pleasure for her to serve her team and clients with a high degree of expectation in this manner.
