Ashley Crnkovich is a 2014 graduate from the University of Pittsburgh dental hygiene program. She also obtained her license in local anesthesia while in the hygiene program. Ashley loves living in the city, exercising, and being with her loved ones and cats, TC, Skid, and Lucy Lu. She is eager to help all our patients maintain a healthy mouth and be confident in their smiles!
Cassandra joined our team in September 2018. She enjoys boating, fishing, and spending time with her dog Lucy, her cat Khloe, and her wonderful boyfriend.
Dr. Pawlowicz has worked for over 20 years and trained extensively to build a practice that exceeds your expectations of trusted, personalized dental care. He consistently brings his patients only the best that modern dentistry has to offer, by keeping himself and his staff informed on the latest advances and available techniques.
Dr. Pawlowicz studied at Miami of Ohio University before receiving his dental degree from Ohio State University. Since then, he has kept up-to-date on the newest developments in his field through continuing education, including extensive LVI training and training from the Seattle Institute. He also remains active in the dental community as a member of the Association of Laser Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the Academy of Computer Dentistry as well as serving as an adjunct faculty member and mentor for the Scottsdale Center for Dentistry.
Dr. Pawlowicz also has extensive training and experience with CAD/CAM dentistry. His practice prides itself in its use of the latest technology to make your visits as pleasant as possible.
Dr. Pawlowicz's top priorities are patient comfort and satisfaction. He and his staff look forward to your visit and to showing you the many ways in which the finest dental care can improve your life.
Kayla joined our team in June 2019 as our newest onsite laboratory technician and dental assistant. Kayla is a certified phlebotomist and has extensive training in PRP/PRF techniques. She lives in Monroeville with her three children, Donovan, Axel, and Khloe. She is a die hard Steelers fan, and loves to cook and bake in her free time.
Rachel joined our team April of 2018. She likes to help assist with patients in the back when she can. Rachel loves to watch football, especially the Steelers. She enjoys going to Conneaut Lake in the summer whenever she can! She lives in West Deer with her husband Brian, and their twin boys Matthew and Aiden and their two cats, Minnie and Boots!
Tracy Neff is a 1993 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, School of Dental Medicine and has obtained her license in local anesthesia. She has been practicing as a Dental Hygenist in Butler and Allegheny County for the past 25 years. Working with Dr. Pawlowicz over the last 16 years has proven to be an honor by raising the bar of excellence in Dentistry. Tracy lives in Butler sharing her home with her husband and two children.
