In the late 1960s, Community Health Services (CHS) started as a small, seasonal clinic to provide health care services to migrant workers. It was staffed by volunteers and located in the back of a local pharmacy. We've grown a lot over the years, and we're proud to continue to provide quality health care to generations of families in the communities we serve... 1978 - CHS opens Fremont Office located at 410 Birchard Avenue, to provide health care services for the entire community
