Arthur B. Fletcher

Mr. Fletcher completed his Bachelor of Science from The University of Texas at Austin in 1973. Upon graduation, he began his insurance career with The Equitable Life Assurance Society of New York. At The Equitable, Mr. Fletcher soon became one of the com pany's top five (5) managers from among 1,000 managers company wide, as rated by premium income, development and retention of a quality sales force. During his 12-year career with The Equitable, he held positions of increasing responsibility, including 2 Gold National Builders Trophies. Upon leaving The Equitable, Mr. Fletcher was one of the founding principals of Compensation Strategies Group, Inc. (CSG), an employee benefits and pension administration firm formed to design, implement and administer client-oriented solutions. CSG's scope encompasses the full spectrum of benefit and insurance services, from implementing cost effective group insurance programs to the design and funding of qualified retirement and non-qualified executive benefit plans.

Don F. Gillespie

Mr. Gillespie lends over 30 years of sales management and operational experience to the company. His expertise in marketing and background in organizational planning are considered essential ingredients to the company's success. Mr. Gillespie is an experienced professional with a successful career in both marketing and managerial capacities. He has consistently demonstrated the ability to implement new programs and expand existing programs. Mr. Gillespie excels in highly competitive environments, where leadership and organizational skills are critical. He has designed and implemented innovative marketing programs to cross-sell his client's products and services. Most recently, he developed a comprehensive marketing program for an internet based financial services company. He recruited and supervised the training of the sales staff, developed sales goals and expense budgets for 1 year, 5 year and mature growth periods. Sales increased from less than $1 million a month to over $10 million a month in less than a year. New assets under management increased from $10 million to over $500 million. Mr. Gillespie was regional brokerage manager for John Hancock Financial Services. His region was in the top 10 nationally for percent increase in paid commissions for 5 consecutive years. He increased his region from 40 brokers to over 320. At a national brokerage firm, he supervised a staff of 518 licensed brokers across the southern United States. He increased paid commissions from less than $1 million to over $36 million in less than 3 years. Mr. Gillespie is a frequent speaker at C.P.A. and Financial Planning Seminars, talking on the changing legal and tax environment in our nation today. He is noted for his fresh "can do" attitude toward the complex problems facing business owners. He is active in numerous local service and charity groups, including the Greater Houston Area CPR Task Force and the Phillips Foundation, serving homeless children in the Houston Area. As an Eagle Scout, he has a life- long interest in scouting and has had an integral part in forming two new scout troops. He is also an expert in Wilderness Survival and Underwater Rescue. Mr. Gillespie volunteers his time as a Red Cross Instructor Trainer in Emergency Medical Response and Water Safety as well as being a team Captain and Officer of the Emergency Care Team for the Greater Houston Area. He is a member of C.E.R.T and the Medical Reserve Corp (FEMA).

Larry A. Turner

Mr. Turner heads the Compensation Strategies Group pension and qualified plan office located in Beaumont, Texas.
