D & K COSTUMES - Key Persons
Debbi has been sewing since she was a wee little lass, learning at her Mother's knee. Starting with garments for Lady Barbie Doll, she quickly progressed to making her own clothing and later, for her daughter, Princess Kyra.
Princess Kyra has nothing to say for herself. We, on the other hand could ramble on for hours...but we'll spare you.
Kyra was drafted into the world of sewing when Debbi was asked to create 24 Madrigal dinner costumes for Kyra's high school chorus. Since the costumes had to be made rather quickly, Kyra had to learn to sew even more quickly. She has become an accomplished seamstress in her own right and loves everything about community theater (except performing).
