Recently, he held the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Optiv, Inc., a prominent cybersecurity solutions provider. Neal, who joined Renaissance in 2021, boasts over 21 years of legal leadership in technology and data companies. Previously, he served as General Counsel of iCIMS and Chief Legal Officer of Intersections and Credit Management Solutions.
