Agile is all about adapting to change. It was built on the foundational principle that business drivers will change and the development teams must be ready to adapt. I find the Agile Methodolgy valuable to any problems that I face. In my experiences I have worked with teams that have a range of maturity in Agile .From these experiences, I realized that there is not a one-size fit solution to becoming Agile. I find it compelling to analyze and find a plan that will best suit a team for its development. I have taken on the role of Scrum Master as well as being a developer on a feature team. My time in these roles have built my confidence in leading ceremonies as well as organizing a backlog for continuous developent. I look forward to future challenges that I can solve with my experience in agile development.
