Alex joined Flournoy in 2019, and previously work for 15 years experience in customer service and restaurant management. He spent three years in multifamily housing management, and generated over a million dollars in sales his first year before transitioning to work in commercial real estate development. Alex's role is to coordinate and assist with all aspects of our senior housing group which includes project and expense accounting, marketing, partner coordination and document management. Originally from Wisconsin, Alex held a real estate license in Florida before moving to Pine Mountain, Georgia GA to join Flournoy. In his spare time he loves being outdoors and working on his land. Brady Blair joined Flournoy Development Company in 1995. In addition to traditional Development Project Manager duties, Brady is responsible for site selection and procurement, product selection, oversees plan production and site due diligence primarily for the Company's Texas developments. He has performed duties as Development Project Manager for more than 30 apartment communities totaling over 9,000 units and $1 billion in value. Brady received a BS in Building Construction from Georgia Institute of Technology. Brady Blair joined Flournoy Development Company in 1995. Prior to joining Flournoy, Brandon was responsible for the acquisition and development of multifamily, student and senior housing assets throughout Texas and the southeast for Waypoint Residential. He began his career in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers, performing audits for a wide range of commercial real estate clients. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Master of Accountancy from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. Cameron also serves as Executive Director of The Gateways Foundation, Inc. - a public charity founded by John F. Flournoy dedicated to highway and city beautification in Columbus, Georgia. Cameron is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) and serves on the boards of many state and local organizations including Georgia Humanities Council, Midtown, Inc., Columbus Botanical Garden, The Chattahoochee River Club, and Trinity Episcopal Church. He is a graduate of Columbus State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Education and Master of Business Administration degrees. Prior to taking on responsibility for Flournoy's capital markets efforts Charles developed and financed over 3,000 apartments across the Southeastern US with a value of over $1 billion. Prior to his career in development Charles served as the Director of Acquisitions for a multifamily investment company purchasing over 2,500 apartment units. Charles has a Masters in Business Administration focused on Real Estate and Finance from Emory University and a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology with certifications in Finance and Land Development/City Planning. In 2013, Charlie decided to devote himself to the senior living industry. Charlie currently lives in Atlanta and enjoys his time outside of senior living with his 3 daughters and six grandchildren. Since then, Dayle has spearheaded both the development and lease-up projects of numerous new-construction properties in the Flournoy portfolio. Currently, Dayle oversees multiple commercial and residential sites, including fee managed properties, Tax Credit/Section 8 developments, and several new construction communities in Georgia, Alabama and Florida. As Regional Vice President, she oversees all financial, marketing, sales, retention, and operations segments of her communities through her very loyal and dedicated team. Her attention to detail and focus on each resident's experience are the keys to her continued success. Justin Osborne - SVP

Justin Osborne began his career with Flournoy Construction Company (FCC) where he spent seven years in the field and as a Project Manager. Justin resigned his position to join the military and served six years as a Green Beret in the U.S. Army Special Forces completing three combat tours to Afghanistan followed by four years working for the U.S. Special Operations command that included deployments to Kuwait, Turkey and Afghanistan. During his tour of duty, Justin received three Bronze Stars as well as many other medals and prestigious awards. In 2016 Justin rejoined FCC and in 2018, he transitioned to Flournoy Development Company as a Development Project Manager specializing in Senior Housing. He received his Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from Auburn University, Master in Business Administration from St. Leo University in Tampa, FL, and his Master in Real Estate Development from Auburn University. Lance manages capital projects and causality claims for existing properties. He negotiates telecommunication contracts for both new construction and existing properties. He works with maintenance operations and properties under construction to make sure everyone understands their job responsibilities. He currently lives in Columbus, GA with his wife and three children, where he serves as an elder and worship leader in his church. He enjoys all things sports and outdoors and spends most Saturdays volunteering as a licensed youth soccer coach. Douglass has lead the development and sometimes the construction of more than 6,240 residential units and retail, totaling over $735M, across eight states for Clark Realty Capital (privatized military housing), Ambling Companies (privatized university housing) and Lincoln Property Company. Douglass received a Bachelor of Science in Building Science / Construction Management and Business minor from Auburn University in 1995 and is a LEED accredited professional. Douglass joined Flournoy Development Company in 2020 as the Director of Construction Services, helping lead development and construction teams through the entire development process from project conception through construction completion. Douglass has lead the development and sometimes the construction of more than 6,240 residential units and retail, totaling over $735M, across eight states for Clark Realty Capital (privatized military housing), Ambling Companies (privatized university housing) and Lincoln Property Company. Douglass received a Bachelor of Science in Building Science / Construction Management and Business minor from Auburn University in 1995 and is a LEED accredited professional.
