Originally from Chicago, Matt spent 6 years working with a property management company in southern Wisconsin. After attending the University of Notre Dame, he moved down south to Raleigh, N.C. where he started his first business. His experience in property management and his love for entrepreneurship is what lead to the development of Frontier U.S.A. Property Management.
A native from South Bend, IN; Timm attended Indiana University where he majored in Finance and Operations Management. After graduating college, Timm has managed several different facilities until 2017 when he decided to branch off and go into business with Matt.
