Anthony Bahr

Mr. Bahr served as President and Director of Wildhorse Resource Development Corporation (NYSE:WRD) and WildHorse Resources II LLC (Co-CEO) from August 2016 until February 2019. He co-founded WildHorse Resources, LLC in 2007 and served as its Chief Executive Officer since 2007. Mr. Bahr co-founded WildHorse Resources II LLC in June 2013 and served as its Co-Chief Executive Officer from inception to IPO in 2016. He founded WildHorse Resources Management Company LLC (WHRM) in October 2012 and served as its Chief Executive Officer until IPO. Mr. Bahr held various management and engineering roles with Hilcorp Energy, Devon Energy, Ocean Energy, Berry Petroleum and Unocal Corporation until 2007. Mr. Bahr serves on the Dean's Council of the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. He is a Co-Founder and Advisor of the Texas A&M Petroleum Ventures Program Educational Collaboration between the Mays Business School and Department of Petroleum Engineering and is a Member of the Petroleum Engineering Academy of Distinguished Graduates. Mr. Bahr received bachelors and masters degrees in petroleum engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from California State University Bakersfield and is a Registered Petroleum Engineer in California.

Beau Woodward

Beau Woodward is married to his wife Jennifer, and together they have four children: Jackson, Rebecca, Roman, and Chase. Prior to graduating from the Master's College in 2002, Beau started his career working at Morgan Stanley in Beverly Hills while swimming for the University of Southern California. Beau went on to work at Bank of America, Charles Schwab, and Wells Fargo before launching Woodward Diversified Capital with his brother and father, Gabe and Tom. Beau and Jennifer helped found and launch Sovereign Grace Church of Bakersfield back in 2006, where they still serve as Sunday School teachers to this day. Beau and Jennifer enjoy supporting a few local charities and serving as volunteer coaches and chaperones for their children's numerous sports and activities. Beau holds a few licenses, the series 7, 66, and 31, as well as his life and health insurance license.

Bryan Brown

Mr. Brown has over 10 years of Petroleum Engineering experience and has worked various roles across multiple basins including the DJ, Permian, Uintah, Bakken and Gulf of Mexico. Mr. Brown has held engineering roles of varying responsibility in Production, Operations, and Facilities. He has managed fields ranging from Unconventional Horizontals to Gas wells to Conventional Oil wells using EOR to maximize production. Prior to Fundare he was the Operation Manager at RockHouse Oil, LLC. Previously he worked with Middle Fork Energy Partners as a Sr. Engineer overseeing field production and production operations. Mr. Brown started his own petroleum engineering consultant business where he managed operators drilling and construction operations. Previously he was the Drilling Manager for Fifth Creek Energy preceding its merger with Bill Barrett Corp. Mr. Brown received his B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Wyoming.

Charlie McNeil

CEO of NexGen Resources Corporation, a natural resource development company he founded. Earlier in his career, he held board, CEO, and senior executive positions with Kaiser Steel, Kaiser Oil & Gas, Kaiser Coal, Kaiser Power, Perma Resources, and Consol Energy. Charlie serves as president of the Denver Council of the Boy Scouts of America and was appointed by the governor to the Board of Trustees at the Colorado School of Mines. He earned his bachelor's degree in mining engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, from which he has received the Mines Distinguished Achievement Medal. Charlie and Judy have three children.

Clifford Linhardt - CFO

Mr. Linhardt is the Chief Accounting Officer of Fundare Resources and is responsible for executing the business plan and overseeing accounting and treasury functions of the Company. Recently, Mr. Linhardt was the Vice President of Accounting at RockHouse Oil, LLC. He oversaw the accounting function of the Company and was a key contributor in valuation of business opportunities. Previously, Mr. Linhardt was the Chief Accounting Officer at Fifth Creek Energy and oversaw the accounting, treasury, human resources, purchasing, and information technology departments at the Company. Under his guidance, he ensured the Fifth Creek was SEC compliant for a public exit resulting in the Company executing a merger transaction with Bill Barrett Corporation to form HighPoint Resources.

Craig Gleaton

Mr. Gleaton is the General Counsel and Vice President of Land of Fundare Resources Company, LLC, where he manages all legal and land matters for the company. Previously, Mr. Gleaton was a partner at Davis Graham & Stubbs, LLP, a Denver-based law firm. He also served as Senior Corporate Counsel at SM Energy Company, where he focused on acquisitions and divestitures in excess of $5 billion in value, while also attending to varied in-house legal matters, including negotiating farmout agreements, exchange agreements, drilling contracts and master service agreements, and various commercial arrangements. He is licensed to practice law in Colorado, North Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming.

Daniel Seaver

Mr. Seaver is the Vice President of Midstream & Marketing for Fundare Resources, LLC and is directly responsible for development and execution of all marketing and midstream processes for company assets. Recently, Mr. Seaver was a Partner at Rio Blanco Energy Partners, providing midstream technical and commercial services to customers within the energy sector. Mr. Seaver met Cody at Cureton Midstream in 2018 and worked closely together on the executive team of the organization. He developed the asset from conception to full operations of the gas gathering and processing system, managing land, regulatory, engineering, construction, and operations. Mr. Seaver began as an intern in the Piceance Basin working out of Grand Junction rotating through drilling, completions, production, and facilities. After graduating, he took a full-time role with Bill Barrett Corporation as an Operations Engineer, supporting approximately 500MMCFD of natural gas transportation out of the Rocky Mountain region. After Bill Barrett successfully divested the core natural gas assets, Mr. Seaver joined as an early member to the Caliber Midstream Bakken team. He served as a Project Manager on all facilities constructed inclusive of a 10MMCFD gas processing plant, 40K BBL crude storage facility, multiple saltwater disposal wells, and freshwater intake systems. Mr. Seaver earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado School of Mines. He is actively involved with the Entrepreneurship & Innovation program at Colorado School of Mines and is a part of the President's Council. Mr. Seaver also acts as an instructor for the TACT organization, which focuses on teaching trades to the autistic community.

Gabriel Woodward

Gabe graduated from the University of Southern California in 2001 with a degree in Social Sciences, emphasis in History. After graduation, Gabe attended The Master's University in 2002, taking courses in Biblical Counseling. This is where Gabe met his wife, Staci. Gabe began working with his father, Tom, at Bank of America Investment Services in 2005 and transitioned to Wells Fargo Private Bank in 2009. Gabe helped launch Woodward Diversified Capital with his partners Tom and Beau, along with longtime assistant Rosalie Thompson. Gabe currently serves as President of the non-profit Kern County Cancer Foundation and has been a Deacon at his church for over a decade. Gabe also serves as the Director of Aquatics for The Master's University in Santa Clarita, CA, and is on the Board of Directors for Nexus 3D Consulting, a start-up construction firm. Gabe and Staci support numerous local and faith-based charities both personally, and through their learn to swim school, Bakersfield Swim Academy. Together Gabe and Staci have four children involved in multiple sports and church activities where Gabe enjoys coaching and serving.

Gary A. Grove

Mr. Grove has over 39 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, serving as a Director and in various executive management positions bringing technical and executive management experience in operations, reservoir engineering, M&A and strategic development decision making skills to the company. Mr. Grove currently serves as President and CEO of Greyhaven Energy, LLC, providing strategic planning, technical and acquisition advisory services to industry clients since May 2014. Mr. Grove served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Berry Corporation (NASD:BRY) from June, 2017 until his retirement from the company in late 2020. Mr. Grove provided operating and development leadership along with portfolio management while Berry transitioned from bankruptcy and helped the company return to the public market in July 2018. Prior to Berry, Mr. Grove served as a co-founder, Director, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in both private and public Bonanza Creek Energy entities from 2003 until his retirement from the company in April 2014. After helping to lead Bonanza Creek Energy, (NYSE:BCEI) going public in 2011, Mr. Grove served as a Director, EVP Engineering and Planning and Chief Operating Officer of the company. Prior to joining Bonanza Creek, Mr. Grove held various reservoir engineering and management positions with UNOCAL and Nuevo Energy. Mr. Grove is active in the local non-profit community having served on boards and in advisory positions. Mr. Grove graduated from Marietta College in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering. Mr. Grove is an active member with the Society of Petroleum Engineers since 1979 and has served in various capacities for student and local chapters.

J. Cody Truitt - CEO, President

Mr. Truitt is the President of Fundare Resources, LLC and is responsible for executing the business plan and running the day-to-day activities of the company. Previously, Mr. Truitt was the Vice President of Engineering at Fifth Creek Energy and oversaw the successful delineation of the Hereford Field and added an additional 25,000 net acres in a six-month span through a combination of acquisitions and an active infield leasing program. After the Fifth Creek Energy merger with Bill Barrett, Mr. Truitt went to Cureton Midstream as the Chief Commercial Officer and led the commercial activities for the company for 2 1/2 years.

Michael Starzer - Chairman, Founder

Mr. Starzer has 36 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and has served as a director for multiple private and three public companies. In 1999, Mr. Starzer co-founded the first of five "Creek" companies where he served in the positions of Chairman, Founder and Managing Partner, President and CEO, and, as a director on the board for each company. Through equity investments of $753 million over a 20-year period, the Creek companies returned $2.0 billion to investors achieving an average Return on Investment (ROI) of 2.7x and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 37% per annum (detail provided in Investment Track Record Summary). Each of the Creek companies achieved excellent returns for investors through acquiring and developing conventional and unconventional oil and gas assets located primarily in the Rocky Mountain Region.

Scott Landreth - CFO

Scott Landreth is the Chief Financial Officer of Fundare Resources Company, LLC, where he is responsible for all finance matters for the company. Prior to this role, Mr. Landreth was Senior Director of Finance, Investor Relations & Treasurer at Bonanza Creek Energy. His responsibilities at Bonanza Creek included the Company's credit facility and capital market execution, hedging and risk management, forecasting and strategic planning, budgeting, M&A, and investor relations. He was with Bonanza Creek from May 2014 up until the Company completed mergers with Extraction Oil and Gas and Crestone Peak Resources that ultimately created Civitas Resources in November 2021. Mr. Landreth and Mr. Truitt previously worked together at Bonanza Creek on numerous corporate and business development ventures.

Tom Woodward

Tom graduated with a degree in Economics from Cal State University of Northridge in January of 1970. Shortly thereafter, he entered the US Army and was honorably discharged in 1972. Tom briefly worked at Ford Motor Company in the marketing department before moving on to Paine, Webber, Jackson, and Curtis in late 1972, which was later acquired by UBS. In 1977 Tom moved back to the central valley from LA, taking a job in Bakersfield with Dean Witter, which later acquired Morgan Stanley. Tom managed the Bakersfield office of Morgan Stanley from 1980 until 2003, at which time he was hired by Bank of America private bank. Tom joined Wells Fargo's private bank in 2009, where he worked with his sons until they launched Woodward Diversified Capital in 2020. Tom obtained the exclusive designation of Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) in 1986, studying at the Wharton Business School in Pennsylvania, and still utilizes the skills he learned in that program on a daily basis. He has been married to his lovely wife Constance for 50 years, and the two of them have enjoyed volunteering their time to support local charities over their many decades in the Bakersfield community.
