Paul's Place is located on Ward street in Pigtown, a historic neighborhood west of downtown Baltimore. We serve Southwest Baltimore neighborhoods where an average of 39% of children live in poverty... The mission of Paul's Place is to improve the quality of life in Southwest Baltimore. We provide programs, services, and support that strengthen individuals, families, and neighborhoods, by fostering hope, personal dignity, and growth.
