HARTSDALE - Key Persons

Dr. Johanna Palacio was inspired to be a dentist by her family members who are also practicing dentists and lab technicians. She saw herself as a dentist from a young age and followed her dream career. She went to college at The City College of New York and following graduation she attended the University Of Pennsylvania School Of Dental Medicine. After earning her DMD degree, Dr. Palacio completed a General Practice Residency at Jamaica Hospital of New York. Dr. Palacio has had extensive experience in private practice and has continued taking courses to stay updated with the latest dental technology. Dr. Palacio is committed to providing excellent quality dentistry and patient care. She believes that patient education and motivation are the key to healthy and attractive smiles. She enjoys dancing, exercising and spending time with her family.

Dr. Glastein graduated from the University Of Pennsylvania School Of Dental Medicine and completed a General Practice Residency program at Jacobi Medical Center. He also has a Masters in Human Physiology from the University of Cincinnati. He has received extensive training in all aspects of dental care including restorative, prosthodontics, oral surgery, implant dentistry, endodontics, periodontics and emergency dentistry. Dr. Glastein, a Westchester native, cares deeply about honesty and clarity when talking with his patients and they often comment that he gives the best explanations. He regularly takes dental continuing education courses to keep up with the latest dental trends and technologies in an ever changing profession. Outside of the dental office, Dr. Glastein enjoys world travel, world cuisine, sports, fitness and is an avid home cook.
