HELENE WALL

Helene Kaiser Wall believes that business success comes from a proactive approach to building with purpose - identifying and developing efficiencies in people, processes and technology. With a career in human resources spanning more than 20 years, Wall has worked with small and mid-size business owners across a variety of industries in management and director-level roles. Wall's passion for employee performance and structure led her to pursue advanced certifications in human resource management and organization development, while managing the human resources consulting service line for one of the largest CPA and consulting firms in the region. She is frequently asked to speak locally and regionally on human resources and business management topics to boards, senior leaders, management, and employees in for profit and not-for-profit organizations. She believes in strengthening her community by serving on mission-driven boards and participating in volunteer roles on not-for-profit committees through her involvement as Vice Chair - Heritage Ranch Children's Home and Past Vice-Chair - Greater Baton Rouge Society for Human Resource Management. Combining knowledge and advanced training with the experience gained through hands-on problem solving has given Wall a level of insight and awareness that is invaluable to her clients. Wall Consulting was founded to pursue her purpose of engaging and inspiring business owners in new approaches to organizational effectiveness.
