ILLINOIS CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY COMMITTEE

The Illinois Construction Industry Committee is a statewide organization of construction trade associations. The purpose of ICIC is to allow the union construction industry to speak with one voice in Illinois. Every year, we review legislation to assess its impact on the commercial construction industry and take action to represent our members' positions. To that end, ICIC engages in all facets of the public policy making process to make sure your voice - the voice of Illinois contractors - is heard when important decisions are being made in Springfield. ICIC has a desire to see a strong business climate for Illinois construction companies return to Illinois. ICIC also places great focus on advocating for capital investment in public infrastructure and maintaining the competitive bid process to ensure fair and open procurement of construction services.
