Dr. Dugan was born and raised in Greensburg. After he finished his undergraduate studies at the University of Pittsburgh, he went on to receive his D.M.D from the University of Pittsburgh. He also served his country for four years as a U.S. Army officer in Germany.
Upon returning to the U.S., Dr. Dugan received specialized training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Brooklyn, New York. He finished the last year of his five-year surgical residency as chief resident of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery department at Kings County Hospital Center in Brooklyn. Much of his training was directed to areas of oral-facial trauma, reconstruction, and dental implant surgery.
Next, Dr. Dugan completed a fellowship with an emphasis in facial cosmetic surgery, corrective jaw surgery, and implant surgery at the Missouri Baptist Medical Center in St. Louis Missouri. After a year of complex training in esthetic procedures, he returned to Pittsburgh where he now practices.
Dr. Dugan is currently an active staff member at UPMC Passavant Hospital in the North Hills, UPMC Passavant Cranberry in Cranberry and Allegheny General Hospital in the North Side. He has been in private practice in the North Hills since 1998 with additional offices in Zelienople, Butler, and Greenville. He is also proud to have his research articles published in several major medical journals.

Dr. Dugan is married and has 3 children.
Dr. Sweeney grew up in Meadville Pennsylvania where he completed his undergraduate education at Allegheny College. He then received his D.M.D. from the University of Pittsburgh, while earning a place on the Dean's List with Distinction.
After Dental School, he entered a General Dental Practice Residency at Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo, NY. In 2000, he started his Oral and Maxillofacial Training Program at the State University of New York at Buffalo. During his Oral Surgery Residency, Dr. Sweeney received his M.D. Degree, Laser Certification in Dentistry and Medicine, and a General Surgery Certification. He also became a Diplomate/Fellow in the American Society of Dental Anesthesia.
Dr. Sweeney's residency involved full scope Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is currently a staff member at UPMC Passavant Hospital in North Hills, and UPMC Cranberry in Cranberry.

Dr. Sweeney has been married for almost twenty years and has three children.
