Jeff Murray

Jeff has always enjoyed the outdoors. He loves to go camping and fishing so getting into landscaping was a natural choice. Jeff worked for Peachstate Landscaping out of the Metro Atlanta area for 13 years. He worked his way up from a standard lawn maintenance and landscaping technician to a foreman in a short time running large size crews. Some of the jobs he had the opportunity to build his skills with were initial landscape installations at QT service stations, large apartment complexes and other corporate structures. When the owner of Peachstate Landscaping decided to retire he encouraged Jeff to become an entrepreneur and start his own company knowing the skill set he had in the field and the respect he had from his employees. It was at that time that J&M Quality Landscaping was born! As a father he decided to teach his children to follow their dreams and pursue their passions. Showing them that hard work and a willingness to constantly learn and adapt leads to success. Starting his company with the desire to provide a service to his customers bringing integrity and quality to every job. He wanted to start a corporation where all customers would feel like a part of the J&M Family!

Matthew Murray

Matthew started building his skills at landscaping and maintenance at a young age. His father instilled in him the value of hard work and understanding the value of a dollar. From raking out dirt for grading jobs, to utilizing equipment and working on it to keep it running strong he learned how to keep J&M going. As he aged, he began to build his leadership skills in different roles. Working in the restaurant industry as a shift leader and key holder his ability to handle more responsibility grew. When he graduated high school, he decided to venture out and try his hand at other industries. At that point he started in the supply chain industry working for The Home Depot. His love for people led him to take on the role as a supervisor. He got the opportunity to travel the country to train others on leadership, culture and Home Depot standard operating procedures. With his passion to see companies and their people grow he took on an Operations Manager role with 3 rd Party Logistics corporations. In these roles he got to help start up new sites, train leaders and associates alike and build upon his skills to network within corporations. Yet something was missing in his life. His work had brought him away from family, what better place to return but to J&M (Jeff & Matthew) Quality Landscaping. As the Operations Manager for J&M his responsibility is to keep the company organized and growing. His passion for people helps him to be the right choice to network and bring new customers into the J&M Family.
