CAROLINA BOWL

The culmination of Carolina Bowl week is represented in a football game…but what we do is MUCH more than just play a football game. There are two different objectives to our event. First, we build young people, and second, we support (through financial donation) selected philanthropic charities (currently St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital)…both of which are critical in today's society. Although much emphasis is spent helping others throughout the world and their struggles (which are very real), we often forget/neglect our own struggles and challenges here at home... Our Youth are our future. Many of our youth don't have the luxuries that others have. Many don't come from structured, positive, spiritually uplifting and loving home environments. Instead, they come from broken homes, poverty, and despicable conditions…with little to no uplifting and spiritual guidance. They are prisoners to their situation.
