Susan Soll is a licensed REALTOR® and Accredited Home Stager, as well as the proud owner of Life in Stages Estate Services LLC. She formed the company in 2019 after realizing that many homeowners go through the same stages when preparing their home for sale. Whether downsizing or liquidating an estate, the steps are often holding an estate sale, making needed repairs or improvements, staging and finally listing the home. Most importantly, she wanted to provide customers with the option to use a single, customer-focused company that could create a seamless and efficient plan for all of these stages, and which could alleviate the stress of researching, vetting and hiring multiple companies, while serving as their partner throughout the entire process.
Susan has lived in Georgia for over 27 years and has served in various customer service rolls for her entire career, including many years as a corporate events manager. In addition to being customer service focused, she is extremely well-organized and detail oriented, which are critical traits in all aspects of estate sales and real estate transactions.
