The NDTCI was established to facilitate NDTC services that interface with foreign countries. NDTCI is also authorized through its Board of Directors to raise money through tax deductible donations for activities to include support for the crisis in Ukraine or other approved countries... The NDTCI will facilitate appropriate law enforcement support with our allies, and may provide supportive activities with legally authorized countries that serve the interest of establishing peace and stability.
