If you need to cancel/reschedule please be do so within 24hrs of your appointment to allow time for that slot to be rebooked. SAME DAY CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE WILL RESULT IN 50% of your total booked for that day. If you repeatedly reschedule you will be banned from appointments with NettieB Studios. This was put into place to stop serial rescheduling. It's not fair to the stylist or potential clients looking to book!... You have a 10 minute grace period, however be mindful that your service time will be adjusted to the time missing. After 10 minutes you will be charged an additional 25.00 after 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the same day cancellation fee to the card on file!... There are NO REFUNDS!!! However if you are not happy with your service you have 24hours to notify us of the inconvenience and we will fix the situation. Prices are non-negotiable.
